Unfortunately, there is no way to get the zombie's Secret-Hammer.
This seems to be a kind of bug.
Of course, if you do not shrink from cheating on the game, you can get it.
The cheat codes for SuperNES and PlayStation are available on this site (sorry, only japanese comments) and Secret-Hammer's code number is 2E (hexadecimal).
